Correct answer is A

Al-Kauthar is a river in Paradise. Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) witnessed this river on the night of Al-Mi'raj (ascension to the heavens). The Prophet said:
"(On the night of Al-Mi'raj) I came upon a river (in Paradise) the banks of which were made of tents of hollow pearls. I asked (Angel) Jibraîl, 'What is this (river)?' He replied, 'This is Al-Kauthar."
Describing Al-Kauthar, the Prophet said: "It is a river in Paradise which my Lord has given me. It is whiter than milk and sweeter than honey." [Narrated Prophet Muhammad will be given Al-Kauthar on the Day of Judgment to quench the thirst of his true followers. The Prophet said:
"Verily, it (Al-Kauthar) is a river that my Lord, the Mighty and Majestic, has promised me and it has abundant goodness. It is a pond where my Ummah (followers) will be brought to on the Day of Judgment. Its containers are as numerous as the stars in the sky."
