Job Title: Service Engineer Mechanical
Location: Nigeria
Position Description
- Provide engine and related auxiliaries service such as maintenance, overhaul, troubleshooting and repair.
- To provide field service/survey assistance as directed
- To perform workshop service as directed
- To perform repair works as directed
- To support service engineers as required
Responsibilities
- Independently execute Field Service activities such as overhaul, repair and trouble shooting.
- Identify failures, making adjustments, doing trial runs and testing of complete installations according to instructions.
- Check and adjust relevant auxiliary systems.
- Provide internal and external work reports according to Wartsila standards.
- Collect and organize time and expense reports. Reporting and informing administrative personnel as required.
- Perform pre-commissioning and start-ups of Wartsila engines.
- Promote Wartsila Products and Services
Requirements

- Minimum of Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.

Job Title: Parts Order Coordinator
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- Spare parts offer and order processing
- Perform reliable delivery and speedy invoicing
- Develop the offer, order, delivery follow up and invoicing
Responsibilities
- Execute inquiries and orders as per customer requirements relate to spare parts of the entire Wartsila portofolio.
- Advice and support customers to support the customer to make them their inquiry.
- Monitor timely parts deliveries.
- Clarify the material numbers and parts code related issues.
- Responding to parts queries from network companies, external customers and sales support teams.
- Coordinate daily activities and urgent requests with relevant colleagues in order to find satisfactory solutions

- Identify failures, making adjustments, assist on trial runs and testing of electrical installations according to instructions.
- Provide field service/survey assistance as directed.
- Check and adjust relevant systems (i.e. auxiliary, propulsion…).
- Provide internal and external work reports according to Wärtsilä standards.
- Supervise the tasks performed by Wärtsilä employees and subcontractors.
- Perform precommissioning of Wärtsilä installations.
- Promote Wärtsilä Products and Services.
- Collect and organise time and expense reports. Reporting and informing administrative personnel as required.
- Participate in technical discussions/communications with customers and other internal stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical/PLc works and subcontractors at site.
- Manage commissioning and handingover procedures.
- Perform startups and testing of installed equipment and document the results.
- Maintain good customer relation and ensure quality and cost effeciency of installations.
- Participate in negotiations with customers and handle technical discussions and communication with the product companies.
- Participate in office work as required and perform field service work as directed.
