We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming guests and taking drink and food orders.
• Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the Restaurant.
• Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
• Greet and escort customers to their tables.
• Present menu and provide information and menu recommendations upon request.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses and maintain a tidy dining area
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate..
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Comply with safety, health and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions.
• Delivering food from the kitchen timely, to the guests in the Restaurant or room service.

Qualifications

• At least two years experience in the role is compulsory
• Candidate should possess relevant qualification.
• Staff must be able to read and write.
• High moral character and integrity.
• Fluency in English Language, ability to communicate in clear and concise terms, smart dress sense and demeanor.
