Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Executive)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 10am - 5pm

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a remote environment and be available during official working hours via a screensharing mode.
  • This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including but not limited to, managing emails, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Calendar Management: Organize and manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across different time zones.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Research: Conduct research on various topics and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and other logistics.
  • Task Management: Track and follow up on tasks to ensure completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Screen Sharing: Be available to work via a screensharing mode during official hours to facilitate realtime collaboration and task monitoring.
  • Data Entry & Management: Input, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, responding promptly and professionally.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with screensharing tools and platforms.
  • Reliable highspeed internet connection.
  • Specify working hours and time zone.
  • Must be available online and in screen-sharing mode during these.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

  • N50,000 - N80,000 monthly.
