Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled and reliable virtual assistant to join our team. As a virtual assistant, you will provide administrative, organizational, and technical support to our clients remotely. Your responsibilities may include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling emails, conducting research, and assisting with various tasks as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities
Project Management and Organization:

  • Facilitate timely completion of projects and goals.
  • Ensure effective coordination and organization of project-related tasks.

Personal and Business Calendar Management:

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently.
  • Proactively monitor calendars to identify potential conflicts and optimize time management.

Research:

  • Conduct thorough research on various topics, such as events, travel, and projects.
  • Provide research results within established timelines, following Tasktide training and team preferences.

Purchases:

  • Ensure purchased items meet client's specifications and satisfaction.
  • Organize and manage expenses, including expense reporting.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle various administrative duties, including inbox management, calendar management, transcription, business correspondence, research, and data entry.

Email Inbox Management:

  • Respond to and organize emails based on client's guidelines and Tasktide policies.
  • Maintain efficient email communication practices.

Social Media Management and Marketing:

  • Assist with managing social media accounts and implementing marketing strategies.

Virtual Meeting Attendance:

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and provide necessary follow-up.

  • Smartphone or tablet: It's also recommended to have a smartphone or tablet for on-the-go connectivity. This allows you to stay connected and access work-related tasks even when you're away from your computer.
  • Headset or earphones with a microphone: To ensure clear communication with clients and team members, it's important to have a headset or earphones with a built-in microphone. This helps eliminate background noise and ensures that you can hear and be heard clearly.

Salary
N110,000 - N150,000 monthly.
