We want to free up time for more brainstorming sessions, growth, and increased bottom line. Tasks like: Branding, UI/UX, Website design/development and management, Printing, Graphics and Social media management.

Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.
  • The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
  • Handle email management and correspondence, including sorting, responding, and prioritizing messages
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Support customer service tasks, such as responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Organize digital files and documents for easy access and retrieval
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
  • Conduct research, data entry, and database management as required
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Manage social media accounts, including posting updates and engaging with followers
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the team or management

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in bookkeeping or working with accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) is a bonus.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark
  • Experience in customer support or managing CRM systems
