We are looking for facilitators to fill the position below for our fashion school:     Job Title: Marketing Officer Location: Lagos Job Descriptions

  • Develop effective marketing and sales campaigns
  • Identify potential clients and market products to them
  • Create media releases and press releases and assist product presentations
  • Manage products that are used for the marketing purpose such as leaflets, posters, DVD's, and advertisements in television, magazine and newspapers, etc.
  • Plan budget of advertising and negotiate with the ad agencies.
  • Prepare monthly expenditure report of the advertisements, promotions events and all types of expenses involved in marketing a product
  • Managing campaigns on social media and preparing weekly/monthly report on social media handles campaign.
  • Monitor the impact of the marketing strategies adapted on the sales of the product and make necessary amendments in the strategies
  • Work to enhance organization’s brand identity
  • Track and record project results and amend marketing measures
  • Writing and proofreading proposals
  • Managing campaigns on social media.
  • Organizing events and product exhibitions
  • Updating client’s databases
  • Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience in creating marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
  • Experience in online marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 years marketing experience with proven track record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficiency
      Job Title: School Facilitator Location: Lagos Summary
  • Corporate Headfitters Ltd is looking for result-driven individuals to fill the position of a Facilitator for its fashion school.
Job Description
  • Organize and coordinate training session to equip trainees with the key knowledge and skills on pattern making, garment and tailoring skills.
  • Schedule and prepare necessary training materials for training session.
  • Training content development and reviewing delivery methods on a regular basis such as period plans and sessions.
  • Provide adequate practical sessions and skills on garment making/tailoring to the students in line with the provision of the course content.
  • Provide guidance, counselling and feedback to the trainees
  • Conduct 5 days weekly training and weekend training where necessary
  • Evaluate trainees regularly with continuous assessment test, practical and other recommended method of evaluation
  • Prepare and submit weekly/Monthly trainees progress report to the manager
  • Train participants on use of tools and maintenance/ repairs of equipment
  • Teach trainees the different types and uses of accessories in garment making
Required Skills and Experience
  • A Diploma/Advanced Certificate of Fashion Designing in a registered fashion establishment
  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in fashion design/training outlet
  • A proven ability to train students on tailoring
  • Experience in skills training and workshop facilitator
  • Excellence communication skills
  • Computer proficiency.
