  • To drive business growth, market penetration, adoption of Credit cards in existing and new markets
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Get reports on weekly issues logged and resolution from E-Business services
  • Ensure income are properly captured for Credit cards
  • Quarterly training of Ebusiness regional officers and front end officers to improve process
  • Manage internal stakeholders and special projects relating to Credit cards
  • Supervise Team Members of Credit card
  • Develop strategies and activities that will drive activation/activity of Credit cards
  • Periodic Product review, market intelligence and profiling of market peers to ensure bank remain competitive in all aspect of the product offerings.
  • Develop marketing communication materials to Internal and external customers using weekly tips, flyers, media adverts, monthly Newsletter and other communication channels
  • Ensure expiring cardholders are contacted one month to expiration date with card re-issued
  • Cross-sell & up-sell Credit Cards product to existing & potential customers by collaborating with marketing teams (SBUs) to cross sell Credit cards i.e. Private Banking, Corporate, Retail and Institutional Banking etc.
  • Prepare, Review, and give proposals/ presentations to customers
  • Ensure weekly reports for card issuance, activation, usage, and expiring cards are analyzed for follow up

Job Requirements Education:
  • Minimum Education: First Degree in any relevant numerate discipline; Higher Degrees/Professional Certifications (an added advantage).
Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 Years cognate experience in Card Business/Operations
