Responsibilities

  • Monitors policies and practices to ensure compliance
  • Interprets and applies regulatory requirements
  • Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives
  • Contributes to functional strategy development
  • Manages resources to ensure financial objectives are met, leveraging knowledge of competitive advantage and profit drivers

  • Develops relationships with key internal/external customers to identify emerging needs and business challenges

Requirements/Qualifications To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of operational management in the industry experience preferred.
  • Financial management skills.
  • MS, WMS experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
