Job Title: Head of Voice

Job REF: HOV
Location: Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver a strong and well positioned product portfolio
  • Drive revenue, implement and develop strategy to regulate all aspects of data portfolio
  • Ensure right product and pricing to ensure voice revenue and customer growth
  • Regularly monitor performance of all pricing and products with periodic interventions
  • Define and develop Key Performance Indicators and reporting process to monitor performance of the portfolio including Products, Platforms and analytics
  • Ensure first time, right product launch and product management
  • Monitor market trends and facilitate partnership with relevant market stakeholders
  • Procure necessary approvals from all stakeholders including regulators

Qualifications, Experience and Skill

  • Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Lower) or equivalent in numeric discipline from a reputable university. An MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in Voice Product Portfolio Management
  • Currently leading / track-record of leading Voice portfolio in a telecom company
  • Key understanding of customer elements - segments, activation cycle, churn, inactivity management, bundling, etc.
  • Key understanding of financial elements - business cases, forecasting, pricing and discounting
  • Key understanding of technical elements - IN, Postpaid billing. USSD. etc.
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly, multi task and willing to travel.

 

 

 

Job Title: Head of Usage & Retention / Customer Value Management

Job REF: HUR / CVM
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and Implement the complete Customer life cycle management program for increasing customers, usage and reducing churn
  • Run complete customer lifecycle management program for increasing customer
  • Strategize, Implement and track Smartphone CLM program to increase users and ARPU
  • To define and develop Key Performance Indicators and reporting process to monitor performance of the portfolio including Products, Platforms and analytics
  • Reduce Churn of customers.

Qualifications, Experience and Skill

  • Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Lower) or equivalent in Numeric discipline from a reputable university. An MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years experience in Telco U&R / Customer Value Management
  • Currently leading / track-record of leading U&R / CVM team in a telecom company
  • Excellent understanding of customer elements e.g. segments, U&R trees, churn prediction / prevention, etc.
  • Excellent understand of financial elements e.g pricing and discounting, business cases, proposition development etc.
  • Excellent understanding of technology elements - campaign manager, big data, MIS and BI including tools
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

 

 

Job Title: Product Manager, Data

Job REF: PMDAT
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and develop strategy & implementation to regulate all aspects of data portfolio
  • Ensure right product and pricing which would ensure Data Revenue Growth and Data customer growth in the market
  • Monitor performance of all pricing and products on a regular basis and ensure periodic interventions
  • Define and develop Key performance indicators and reporting process to monitor performance of the portfolio including Products, Platforms and analytics
  • Ensure first time, right products launch and product management.
  • Monitor market trends and facilitate partnership with relevant market stakeholders
  • Procure necessary approvals from all stakeholders including regulator

Qualifications, Experience and Skill

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

 

 

Job Title: Head of Digital and Fintech

Job REF: HDF
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and develop strategy & implementation to regulate all aspects of Digital and Fintech portfolio
  • Ensure right product and pricing to ensure Digital, Fintech Revenue and customer growth
  • Monitor performance of all pricing and product (including competition) on a regular basis and ensure periodic interventions
  • Define and develop Key Performance Indicators and reporting process to monitor performance of the portfolio including Products, Platforms and analytics
  • Ensure first time, right product launch and product management
  • Monitor market trends and facilitate partnership with relevant market stakeholders
  • Procure necessary approvals from all stakeholders including regulators.

Qualifications, Experience and Skill

  • Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Lower) or equivalent in Numeric discipline from a reputable university. An MBA will be an added advantage.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Telecom / OTT / Digital / Fintech marketing handling the relevant product portfolio.
  • Significant understanding of Telco and OTT Business Models
  • Currently managing a Digital / Fintech Team at Digital / OTT or Telco
  • Strong understanding of Digital in Telco-Content portals, Platform services, Fintech services, etc.
  • Strong understanding of OTT elements - Market construct revenue drivers, cost dynamics, key partners, etc.
  • Key understand of financial elements - wholesale / resale pricing, business cases, business planning forecasting etc.
  • Good communication, presentation and intepersonal skills
  • Self motivated with ability to work independently.

 

 

Job Title: Product Manager, Devices

Job REF: PMD
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Drive, Data Smartphone business with incremental customers aquisition.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of device strategy and ensure aligment across all device portfolio which includes Smartpgones, MIFIs and Routers.
  • Build strategic partnership with leading handset companies and with leading E-commerce players Drive MIFI and Router sales with appropriate pricing and bundle plan.
  • Manage device proposition / pricing competitiveness in the market
  • Keep abreast of current & future OEM product roadmaps as well as technology and platform trends
  • Provide the right communication devices and briefing to agencies to ensure that we remain the preferred device buying outlet in the country.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Lower)  or equivalent in Numeric discipline from a reputable University. an MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of Seven (7) years experience in Telco Devices Management
  • Currently leading / responsible for Devices team in a reputable Telco
  • Strong understand of Manufacturer Elements - OEMs, OS features, pre-loading
  • Strong understand of Martket Elements - Market construct, key distributor, agent etc.
  • Strong understand of pricing Elements - wholesale / resale pricing reverse bundle, device finance etc.
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
