LeadHire Limited - Our client, a leading retail company is recruiting to fill the position below:       Job Title: Administrative Officer Location: Ilupeju, Lagos Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed.
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
Requirements
  • B.Sc in any related field with at least two (1-2) years experience in similar position.
      Job Title: HR Officer Location: Ilupeju, Lagos Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Requirements
  • B.Sc in any related degree with at least (1-2) years experience in HR.
