  • Ensure that hygiene, housekeeping and safe working standards are maintained (floor and back-up)
  • Ensure that security procedures are adhered to
  • Ensure that merchandise/display standards are adhered to
  • Conduct regular quality checks, ensure that stock is rotated.Damaged/expired stock is removed
  • Prevent wastage/shrinkage/damages
  • Check correct pricing e.g. labels
  • Complete all relevant administration/ documentation
  • Plan and implement sales promotions
  • Approach and advise customers on the product, listen to customers’ requests, provide the required product or services and handle customers in a courteous and businesslike manner
  • Monitor budgets (expenses, turnover, gross) and take required action
  • Optimise stock levels e.g. always in stock, neveroverstocked through effective orderingand efficient handling of returns
  • Communicate effectivelywith employees, management, customers and suppliers
  • Manage employees to ensure standards are maintained by competent, motivated employees
Requirements
  • HND/B.Sc Degree in any relevant course
  • Should have 7-10years experience in relevant field.
      Job Title: Chef Location: Lagos Job Description The position will be responsible for the following;
  • Ensure all meals are prepared according to recipe and quantity specifications
  • Display  meals according to laiddown standards
  • Process all customer orders according to the correct procedures and service standards
  • Prevent wastage/shrinkage/damages
  • Check correct pricing e.g. labels/display
  • Check quality, rotate stock, remove expired  stock
  • Operate and clean equipment according to laid down standards
  • Maintain hygiene, housekeeping and safeworking standards (floor and back-up)
  • Adhere to and maintain security procedures
  • Approach and advise customers on the product, listen to customers’ requests, provide the required product or services and handle customers in a courteous and businesslike manner
  • Promote products.
      Job Title: Trainee Manager Location: Lagos Job Description The position will be responsible for the following:

Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in any relevant course
  • 2-4 years experience in the retail industry.
