Details
- Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodology and processes
- Work closely with the IT department to create effective databases to manage and organize warehouse inventory
- Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values
- Research and seek out the most cost-efficient shipment procedures and methods
- Organize and oversee inventory by keeping a detailed database of available inventory and expected usage per project
- Research partner companies and seek to negotiate best-price contracts to increase business revenue
- Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects
Requirements
- 5-10 years experience managing and improving supply chain data, information and processes
- Actively seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain by streamlining steps and locating the best prices for inventory
- Professional communication skills are essential when conversing and negotiating with vendors
- Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenges and needs to be addressed
- Top-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes
- Ability to research companies and determine the best vendors to reach out to for various projects
- Previous experience with Supply Chain Management is essential
- Experience working in and maintaining databases using Microsoft Excel and others relevant to company processes

Job Title: Senior ICT Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The ICT Officer is responsible for providing technical ICT support in the company and other regions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Country focal point for ICT and contact person for regional and global ICT
- Implement ICT policies and guidelines at office level
- Ensure system security is up-to-date.
- Ensure that network access privileges, applications, data storage and regular backups are configured and maintained
- Implement and update a data disaster recovery plan (back up)
- Schedule computer related services, maintenance and license renewals
- Ensure installation and maintenance of protection services (anti-viruses and firewalls)
- Plan network upgrades, expansions and replacements
- Provide ICT support and trainings to staff
- Participate in the procurement processes of ICT equipment.
- Maintain inventory of ICT equipment, hardware, and software and ensure adequate supply and functionality, in collaboration with relevant staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field (Computer Science, Computer Networking, Programming, and Information Systems)

Summary of Job Description
- Coordination of Transport matters across the entire organisation.
- Ensure that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are put in place, and are functional, ensuring that all relevant records are maintained.

Job Title: Company Driver

Job Description
- To drive the company's vehicle
- To inspect the vehicles and perform basic support undertakings like changing the oil, refueling, changing the batteries, and checking and repairing some minor issues
- To recognise electrical or mechanical faults in the vehicles and reports to the supervisor
- To Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound
- To Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle

Job Summary

Job Description
- Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
- Drive vehicles with capacities under three tons to transport materials to and from specified destinations
- Maintain records, such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements, in accordance with regulations.
- Maintain vehicles in good working condition.
- Report vehicle or equipment malfunctions.
- Perform emergency repairs, such as changing tires or installing light bulbs, fuses, tire chains, or spark plugs.
- Maintain vehicles in good working condition.
- Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to bases or other vehicles, using telephones or mobile two-way radios.
- Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles.
