Job Title: Credit Analyst Location: Nigeria Reports to: Executive Director
Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee Organization's lending process i.e evaluating creditworthiness, creating risk predicting credit scoring models, analyzing potential revenues and losses for the organization.
  • Calculate and set interest rates Negotiate loan terms with clients.
  • Monitor payments, records maintenance. Ensuring that all tending procedures comply with industry regulations.
  • Develop, review and update company credit policies.
Qualification
  • B.Sc / BA / HND in Economics, Banking, Accounts, Business Administration / Management (MSc is an added advantage).
Professional Membership:
  • ICAN, CIBN, ACC, CITN and MCP are an added advantage.
Experience Level:
  • Management - minimum of 10 years management or supervisory experience as credit management, credit analyst or similar roles.
  • Exceptional knowledge of tending procedures,loan disbursement, loan recovery Understanding of accounting software, skilled in creation and processing of financial spreadsheets as well as staff management, all within bank or other financial institution (experience with microfinance banking is an added advantage).
Personality:
  • Energetic, driven, adaptable, able to work with no supervision, team spirit, proven leadership and problem-solving skills, willingness to relocate.
  • Should not be older than 40 years of age.
Job Title: Credit Officer Location: Nigeria Reports To: Reports to Head of Credit / Team Lead
Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee organization’s lending process i.e evaluating client’s creditworthiness, creating risk preding credit sconng models, analyzing potential revenues and losses for the organization.
  • Calculate and set interest rates, negotiate loan terms with clients.
  • Monitor payments, records maintenance.
  • Ensuring that all lending procedures comply with industry regulations.
  • Review and develop update company credit policies.
Qualifications
  • B.Sc/BA /HND in Economics, Banking, Accounts, Business Administration / Management
Experience Level (Supervisory / Management):
  • Minimum 2 years within banking or financial sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, creation and analysis of spreadsheets (experience with microfinance banking is an added advantage).
Personality:
  • Energetic, driven, adaptable, willing to team and work under supervision, team spirit, problem-solving skills, willingness to relocate.
  • Should not be older than 30 years of age.
     
Job Title: Team Lead Location: Nigeria Reports to: Regional Manager / Head Operations
Primary Responsibilities
  • Drive account opening in the branch to achieve set goals.
  • Ensures compliance to approved accounts opening procedures and policies, maintain accounts and ensure portfolio growth. Responsible far cash administration.
  • Monitor and supervise daily reconcdiatlon of transaction in the branch and with other investment partners.
  • Ensure quink erv turnaround in the branch as well as compliance to all regulatocy guidelines.
  • Adequate and accurate records keeping of customer documents.
Quaufication
  • B.Sc / BA / HND in Economics, Banking, Accounts, Business Administration / Management (MSc is an added advantage)
Professional Membership:

Experience Level (Supervisory / Management):
  • Minum 8 years management or supervisory experience within bank operations, marketing, customer relationship, staff management, loan disbursement, loan recovery, credit management (experience with microfinance banking is an added advantage)
