Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Job Expectation Summary
- The Job Holder will generally be responsible for welcoming and directing customers, visitors and vendors in the most friendly, professional manner.
- She will execute all administrative tasks including and not limited to receiving correspondence/emails, receiving, making, and re-directing calls to the highest quality standards.
Essential Responsibilities
She will be expected to:
- Promptly, professionally and courteously receive and assess all incoming telephone calls /inquiries and re-directs said call or message to its appropriate beneficiary.
- Greet persons entering the establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Ensures reception area is kept neat, clean and noiseless.
- Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
- Perform secretarial functions during meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A good University Degree.
- 2-3 years experience as a front desk officer or customers service representative
- Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

- The procurement officer manages all purchases for the branch, always negotiates with vendors for the best and most favorable rates for the company. The office holder is expected to be honest in all dealings and frugal in transactions on behalf of the company.

- We are seeking to hire a smart, intelligent, and enthusiastic Information Technology Officer. The candidate will be responsible for the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications (like Tally ERP), platforms (WAN, and LAN), hardware, and software that is used within the organization.
- The IT Officer will be responsible for managing and resolving issues with the CCTV system, developing network maintenance and growth plans and keeping the company up to date on the latest Information technologies that could help the company to succeed.
Essential Responsibilities
The candidate will be expected to:
- To manage the information technology and computer systems in the organization.
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues relative to Tally ERP software in a timely manner.
- Manage and perform administrative duties for the biometrics device.
- Manage and resolve issues that arise with the CCTV system.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.

Job Title: Head Technician (Electrical / Refrigeration & Cold - Rooms)

Job Expectation Summary
- The technician of 6 - 8years of practical experience will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of cold rooms in Port-Harcourt.
- He will be responsible for maintaining standards across all the cold rooms.
- He will be responsible for the overall performance of the various units and ensure zero down time of machines and equipment.
- He is expected to lead, mentor, supervise, train and appraise technicians.
Essential Responsibilities
He/she will be expected to:
- Generate daily weekly and monthly performance/status report of cold rooms.
- Handle general repairs and maintenance.
- See to the functionality of respective units, marshals across the various cold rooms.
- Handle emergencies as they occur.
- Strong capacity to lead, supervise, mentor and train.
- Supervision of diesel supply.
- Installation of new electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Proficiencies in Microsoft office suites

- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, FSLC, OND qualification with 6 - 8 years work experience.

Job Title: Stock Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Reports to: Stock Supervisor

Job Expectation Summary
- The Stock Officer receives and disburses stock, coordinates stock, documents transactions, maintains records, and oversees the storage of stock.
- The job holder maintains inventory and records of stock and performs related work as required.
Essential Responsibilities
He/she will be expected to:
- Responsible for stock-keeping of fishes in the Cold room and keeping records of same.
- Temperature reading of the Cold room and per carton of fish with the Technicians.
- Receiving and verifying inventory of stock with the Waybill from other branches.
- Responsible for proper stacking of goods in the Cold room.
- Record and prepare reports of sales daily.
- Check the sales invoice issued to customers before authorizing the stock from the Cold room.
- Take physical stock records of cartons in the Cold room.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum of a First Degree or its equivalent in a related or a closely aligned discipline.
- 2-4 years experience as a Stock officer, warehouse officer, or related position in a highly structured organization, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Adequate knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a cold room or warehouse environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials
