Job Title: School Nurse

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Keep and maintain medical records of children and staff alike.
  • Take and keep records of Vitals as need be of children and staff alike.
  • Provide immediate First Aid to children and staff alike.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree qualification.
  • Must be a registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years working experience.
  • Additional experience in Pediatrics Health care is an added advantage.
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess a certificate and be registered with relevant regulatory body in Nigeria.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to assess situations and determine urgency.
  • Knowledge and ability to apply professional medical principles, procedures and techniques.
  • Ability to work outside regular office hours including weekends, holidays or any other days as required.

Job Title: French Teacher

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a French teacher to deliver French lessons to children in early years. The school requires an enthusiastic French teacher who will be able to engage children ages two to five years old while teaching them French.
  • The applicant should be a native French speaker or fluent in French to be eligible for this position.
  • Working in an early years setting with a previous experience working as a French teacher within this phase is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • The position is charged with the responsibility of maintaining a detailed record of each child's progress.
  • Keep abreast of educational developments.
  • Keep accurate and updated on-going records and prepare reports.

Requirements

  • Must be a female.
  • Must reside in Abuja.
  • Must possess at least 4 years Early Years Teaching experience with qualified documented Certification.
  • Ability to work outside regular office hours including weekends, holidays or any other days as required and must possess strong interpersonal skills.

Job Title: School Administrator

Location: FCT, Abuja
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

  • The successive day to day running of the school.
  • Ensuring a cordial relationship between parents and all staff members
  • Providing support to staff and parents at all times
  • Being second point of contact to all correspondences, i.e. emails, calls and letters
  • Following through on enrolment of all pupils
  • Managing the school’s weekly newsletter effectively
  • Managing complex issues effectively
  • Collaborating with management to create termly calendars, menu etc.
  • Organising school trips and excursions
  • Liaising with suppliers for school supplies
  • Managing job recruitments i.e. Candidate search, shortlisting and conducting interviews
  • Preparing and managing files for each staff member including leave, employment letters, queries and termination letters
  • Staff orientation upon employment
  • Ensuring all educational materials are used adequately and accounted for at the end of each term
  • Assisting in staff performance appraisals and reviews accordingly
  • Booking and organising medical checks on staff members
  • Liaising with extracurricular activities instructors
  • Creating staff duty, after school programs calendars and rosters
  • Ensuring the school’s online handles are properly maintained and regularly updated
  • Monitoring unit such as security, cleaning and gardening to ensure adequate productivity
  • Finding gaps and areas of improvement in the school and creating bridges and solutions for those lapses.
