Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • As we increase our processing capacity as well as our global distribution, we seek an experienced monitoring and evaluation officer to provide timely accurate information on project implementation.
  • The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer is responsible for providing timely accurate information on project implementation and ensure that monitoring and evaluation are in line with specific project requirement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures
  • Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output
  • Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success
  • Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results
  • Monitor the sustainability of the project's results
  • Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project strategies and activities
  • Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks
  • Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities
  • Conduct capacity assessment on existing monitoring and evaluation system
  • Develop indicators and a monitoring strategy for the project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
  • Good organizational skills, effective time management, ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to deliver high quality work in short periods of time and to work under pressure
  • Excellent responsiveness to email and phone requests
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point, internet browsers, smartphones and ICT in general.
  • Sound cultural awareness and ability to work multicultural and multiethnic environment
  • Proven managerial and / or leadership skills

Job Title: Grant Writer
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Study and understand the history, structure, objectives, programs and financial needs of the organization.
  • Research grant opportunities from government and non-government agencies.
  • Draft grant proposals and supporting documents based on the funding requirements of the organization.
  • Submit proposals to grant coordinators for approval.
  • Respond to internal and external queries on drafted and submitted proposals.
  • Maintain positive relationships with fund providers and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain records and submit reports related to grant opportunities.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in areas such as Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in grant writing.
  • Excellent research and communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate in both written and verbal communication, especially in grant proposals.
  • Relevant certification, program and workshop in grant writing.

Job Title: Senior Project Accountant
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

  • As we increase our processing capacity as well as our global distribution, we seek an experienced senior project accountant to oversee project accounting and general accounting operations.
  • The Senior Project Accountant is responsible for project accounting, budget organization and oversees general accounting operations by controlling and verifying financial transactions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Access and understand contracts, project schedules, budgets and commercial risks
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure accurately billing invoices are created
  • Prepare monthly scheduled client invoices in coordination with Project Managers
  • Authorize outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Track and report project budget versus actuals performance
  • Understand general knowledge of project cost accounting and Work-in-Process
  • Address project specific client and internal billing matters
  • Input project subcontractor and other-direct-cost invoices
  • Ensure client approval of invoices and timely payment
  • Compile, store and retrieves data
  • Participate in regular team meetings to help identify process flow improvements and efficiencies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
  • Perform various other accounting and administrative duties as required.

Other Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree in Accounting, or Finance with a minimum of 5 years work experience
  • Strong communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like QuickBooks
  • In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments concurrently
  • Positive attitude who has a demonstrated track record of being a team player on a highly interdependent team
  • Relevant certification (e.g. ICAN or ACCA) will be preferred
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like QuickBooks
  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, Chief or Senior accountant.

  • The Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the marketing department in their advertising and promotional efforts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing tools and methods for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires
  • Collecting and analyzing data to identify consumer trends
  • Researching consumer opinions and marketing strategies and proposing adjustments to current strategies accordingly
  • Creating graphic representations of data and translating complex research into easily readable content for stakeholders and other departments
  • Preparing marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs
  • Measuring consumer satisfaction with products or services
  • Monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related discipline to functional work or role
  • 1 year of relevant work experience

Job Summary

  • The Graphics Designer is responsible for defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.
  • You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.

Job Responsibilities

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce a final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
  • 3 years of work experience.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong management and leadership skills
