Bolton White Hotel is a leading hospitality company located in the the heartland of Nigeria, approximately 30 minutes’ drive from the Nnamdi Azikiwe International airport, about 5 minutes drive from the international Conference Center/ National Assembly complex and the Federal Secretariat. The hotel has176 comfortable and stylish luxury bedrooms, en-suite self-catering rooms, great cooling system in all rooms, writing desk and satellite TV, tea/coffee making facilities, direct-detail telephone/modern and Wi-Fi. Non-smoking rooms available on request.

It has various conference and banqueting facilities available with seating capacity from 160 to 200 for conference and banqueting. Each venue is air conditioned, with standard audio visual equipment, available on request.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for soliciting business for Bolton White Hotel.
  • Handling day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience as Events Sales Coordinator or Events Sales Executive in hotel operations.
  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

 

 

 

Job Title: Head Chef
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • Controlling and directing the food preparation process
  • Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer
  • Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
  • Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
  • Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
  • Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
  • Being responsible for health and safety
  • Being responsible for food hygiene practices.

Job Title: Pastry Cook

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • Prepare a wide variety of foods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes
  • Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
  • Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
  • Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
  • Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
  • Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards

 

 


Job Title: Pool Attendant
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide efficient, prompt, trouble-free, courteous and quality swimming pool service.
  • Ensure Guests are aware of all services and activities available at the pool.
  • Observe and patrol the swimming pool area and enforce safety regulations.
  • Check and clean the swimming pool area on a daily basis; to make sure that it is safe, clean and fit for guests use.
  • Make sure the swimming pool is clean and constantly monitor swimming pool activity.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
  • Ensure all Guests are registered prior to using the pool and are aware of the rules and regulations of the facility.
  • Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor / manager.
  • Observe the swimming area for dangerous conditions, unusual or unsafe activities, and swimmers who are struggling.
  • Follow company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures.
  • Perform other job duties assigned.

 

 

Job Title: Continental Chef
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • Provide variety of continental dishes for the guest.
  • Able to organize the assigned work area and efficiently put away orders.
  • Able to prepare and sell food within recommended time frames to meet Guest expectations.
  • Able to operate kitchen equipment like braising pans, baking ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
  • Able to produce a quality product in a timely and efficient manner for the guests or staff.
  • Responsible to maintain cleanliness, sanitation at the assigned work area.
  • Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipes and to specification.
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
  • Prepare all menu items by strictly following recipes and yield guide.
  • Check supplies and prep lists and ensure all items are prepped in a timely fashion.
  • Serve food in proper portions on to correct serving vessels and plates.
  • Maintain correct portion size and quality of the food to the hotel's standards.
  • Assist other team members in the kitchen when needed or perform any other tasks assigned by the hotel management.
