Job Title: Accountant (Payable)
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Department: Accounts
Reporting to: GM (Strategic Reports Issues)
Role in Summary
- Ensures timely, accurate processing and record keeping of all company payables.
Main Duties
- Maintain filing and organization of payment confirmation, invoices and documentation.
- Process employees expense reports and reimbursement requests.
- Prepare and present payroll, payslip, departmental budgets, Payment Vouchers for vetting and approval.
- Ensure that proper authority, approval and documentation are provided with payment requests.
- Update and maintain vendor database in a timely manner.
- Generating payment schedule in an accurate and timely manner.
- Perform reconciliations including vendors/contractors statement reconciliations on a weekly basis.
- Tracking of new client connections using the JCC.
- Checking/verifying Project BOQ and making appropriate recommendation before payment
- Investigate & resolve Clients/Vendors query on payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and report.
- Report on Aged Payables plus other ad-hoc reporting where applicable.
- Identify improvements to the accounts payable process.
- Support Accounts team with necessary audit requirement.
- Verifies Vendors accounts by reconciling monthly statements & related transactions.
- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying & posting account transactions.
- Preparation and payment of Monthly Sales Commission.
- Any other Tasks assigned to you by the Management.
Key Performance Indicators
- Swift resolution of any established Queries from Vendors/Contractors in a timely manner.
- Accurate recording keeping of Aged payables.
- Preparation and signing of payrolls, budgets, cheques for payment on or before 25th of every month.
- Up-to-date recording keeping of Vendors/Contractors accounts.
- Timely rendition of reports.
- Proactive management of payments to Vendors & others.
- Excellent customer relations.
Requirements
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from reputable higher institution.
Experience:
- Must have 2 years plus cognate experience in a similar position from reputable big organization.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Good knowledge of financial software.
- Attention to detail & thoroughness.
- Analytical mind & ability to drive revenue collection at record time.
- 2 years plus Accounts Payable, Data Entry or related experience.
- Demonstrates sense of urgency & tenacious at work.
Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Lekki, Phase 1, Lagos
Department: Accounts
Reporting to: Head of Accounts Management (Strategic Reports Issues)
Role in Summary
- Oversees all accounting & tax activities of the company.
- Efficiently manage company financial software tools.
- Maintains effective internal control with total statutory compliance at all time.
- To ensure the financial stability & growth of the organization.
Main Duties
- Supervise and manage the A/R, A/P and GL Account postings of the Payable Accountant, Receivable Accountant & other Accountants on a timely basis.
- Supervision of Inventory activities - Inventory Receipts, Issues, Stock count, Costing of Stock items and posting of activities into the GL Accounts.
- Management of month-end closing of the A/R, A/P and all GL accounts.
- Monitoring daily/weekly financial activities and monthly Accounts Reconciliation (Bank Accounts, Customers Accounts, Vendors Accounts and other GL Accounts)
- Supervise postings and remittances of the various Tax obligations—WHT, VAT, PAYE, Staff Pensions, others.
- Actively participate in the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual preparation of Financial/Management Accounts and other Financial Performance Reports.
- Actively participate in the annual Statutory Financial Audit and other Regulatory Audits.
- Supervision of the Accounts Reconciliation of Paystack and other payment gateway institutions.
- Assist in relationship management with Tax and other regulatory agencies
- Assist in relationship management with the Statutory Auditors and other consultants
- Actively participate in the financial and overall business improvement processes and procedures.
- Provides leadership: mentors & trains the Junior Accounts Personnel.
- Any other tasks as may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.

Job Title: Core Network Engineer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Department: Technical Support
Reporting to: CTO (Technical Issues)
Role in Summary
- As a key member of our Technical team, you will be responsible for the execution of Technical/Network strategy, coordinates the Network Operation Centre (NOC) to achieve maximum possible service availability & performance for customers.
- Ensure total customer satisfaction for the Company clients at all time.
Main Duties
- Assist in developing, designing & implement workflows for infrastructure configuration, back –up & management.
- Introduce new networking technologies or improve existing technologies to add value to existing services & capabilities.
- Develop solutions that drive the success of our network.
- Participate in developing policies, procedures and technical reports.
- Leverage networking tools to identify & mitigate networks anomalies.
- Ensure stable & reliable ISP network services.
- Monitors the network performance on daily basis.
- Handles & coordinates network trouble shooting & fault analysis.
- Coordinates Trouble Ticket generation & swift responses.
- Coordinates escalation matrix & solution management.
- Manages deployment & maintenance of network monitoring, analysis & reporting tools.
- Coordinates configuration processes on the hardware.
- Manages installation of network hardware & software.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to Technical Support Team in interpreting and reacting to networks issues/events.
- Contribute to design & enhancement of the Company datacentre infrastructures.
- Manages outages bridges, compose detailed shift and outage reports to Management.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in Network Engineering.
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account set and network configuration.
- Talk Clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they have solve a technical issue.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to Customers.
- Report from time to time to CTO.

Key Performance Indicator
- Swift resolution of any established Trouble Ticket within 30 minutes for minor complaints.
- Swift resolution of any established Trouble Ticket within 2 hours for major complaints.
- Proper monitoring of Network.
- Low outages /down time NOT more than 6 HOURS per month recorded.
- Proactive maintenance of the Network & data centre infrastructures.
- Low Clients churning rate at minimum rate of one client per month. OR 0.05% of the clientele base per annum.
- High rate of Configuration and commissioning of minimum 10 Links per day.
- High retention rate of Technical Support employees under supervision of Network Engineer.
- Excellent customer relations
Academic Qualification
- Degree holder in Electrical Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Engineering from reputable higher institution.
Demand on the Job:
- Must have 3 years and above core network experience with an ISP
- BGP peering, TCP/IP, Vlan experience
- Project Management skill (advantage)
- Ability to work under none or minimal supervision.
- Must have passed certified professional in the relevant network engineering certifications like CCNA.

Job Title: OSP / Survey Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Department: Project
Reporting to: Head of Project, Project Team Lead
Main Duties
- Implement project standards and develop project specifications.
- Interact with After-sales support, Sales team & Clients to establish project scope, BOQ and timelines.
- Communicate project progress to After-sales support & Clients (if need be) on regular basis.
- Obtain access permits for project works.
- Carryout Technical Site Survey for new projects and send report to Key Account Holder/Sales Staff.
- Maintain up-to-date record of project as-built.
- Request and stock project supplies to avoid any shortages.
- Manage budgets based on projects priorities.
- Manage projects expenditure, create progress reports and recommend solutions to Project Manager.
- Observe and maintain existing and ongoing projects to ensure all projects quality requirements are followed.
- Coordinates the activities of Splicing Technicians.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of projects by analysing project processes, implementation and site challenges.
- Any other Tasks assigned to you by the Management.
Key Performance Indicator:
- Timely Survey of site upon request.
- Delivers project installations within the plan/stipulated time.
- Develops aerial and underground fiber route maps and executes tasks such as route analysis.
- Maintains records of all fiber cable deployment, splicing and designs.
- Develops mitigation and restoration procedures for trouble tickets.
- Timely closure of all trouble tickets open.
- Submits weekly project status reports to the Project Manager.
Academic Qualification
- Degree holder in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Possesses proper knowledge of Auto CAD and other software applications used to create project designs and BOQ.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- Must have in-depth understanding about project management and techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
