Job Title: Treasury Executive

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Treasury Executive to join our company.
  • This intermediate-level role is ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of relevant treasury experience, a proven ability to manage treasury operations, and a balance of independent initiative and effective team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Capital Structure Management: Oversee and manage the company's capital structure, optimizing financing options to ensure profitability.
  • Daily Treasury Operations: Monitor daily trading rates, research revenue opportunities, and analyze economic trends to enhance operations and identify cost-saving measures.
  • Risk Management: Evaluate and manage liabilities, investments, and capital structure while supporting fundraising initiatives.
  • Foreign Exchange Oversight: Manage all foreign exchange transactions, mitigating exposure to currency risks.
  • Audit Coordination: Facilitate smooth audits by coordinating with external auditors and providing necessary documentation.
  • Bookkeeping and Financial Operations: Supervise bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance, while resolving irregularities promptly.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements to financial processes and ensure efficient internal payroll systems.
  • Budgeting and Financial Analysis: Collaborate with senior management to develop budgets, monitor business performance using tracking tools, and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare detailed financial reports, monthly and quarterly financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and tax regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • 3–5 years of treasury or finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CFI, ACCA, or ICAN) are an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and tax compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
