We  are recruiting for the following positions:


Job Title:   Cook

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The cook is charged with the responsibility to provide meals at the club house at all times and of different varieties as instructed by the Assistant Manager, AUN Club. The Cook supervises the activities of all kitchen staff area which includes the kitchen assistant and part time assistant cooks.

Position Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering or in the food service industry.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationship with others.  
  • Knowledge of principles of sanitation, health hazards, and the necessary precautionary measures.
  • Three years of experience in a supervisory role in commercial, institutional, or related volume food preparation.
  • Ability to maintain a safe, clean work area.  
Other requirements, abilities for the position:

  • Energetic, dynamic personality
  • Creativity and the ability to provide first class meals to the Club’s clients.
  • Ability to perform consistently under pressure and to work cooperatively with others.
  • Ability to represent the Club in a professional manner

Job Title:  Assistant Cook

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Assistant cook aids the Cook in performing various duties which mainly includes providing meals at the Club regularly and of different varieties as instructed by the Assistant Manager, AUN Club. The Assistant Cook assists in supervising the activities of all kitchen staff area which includes the kitchen assistants.

Position Requirements:
  • Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering or in the food service industry.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationship with others.
  • Knowledge of principles of sanitation, health hazards, and the necessary precautionary measures.
