Position Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tech Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Tech Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building lasting relationships with clients in the technology industry.
- Your primary focus will be to sell our cutting-edge tech solutions to businesses and individuals, showcasing the value and benefits they provide.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's customer base. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Customer Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emails, social media, and networking events. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our tech products and solutions. Articulate their features, advantages, and benefits to potential clients, tailoring presentations to address specific customer needs.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique requirements of customers and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. Effectively communicate how our products can improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Be attentive to client feedback and address their concerns in a professional manner.
- Sales Quotas: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and new technologies. Use this knowledge to offer cutting-edge solutions that set us apart from the competition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and events that support sales efforts. Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest product enhancements and sales techniques. Participate in workshops and seminars to improve sales skills and industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- At least 4 years work experience.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events (if applicable).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the technology sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Remuneration
Salary is competitive and based on experience.
