Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

About the Job

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues.
  • You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams.

Responsibility

  • Reproduce customer environment and run tests.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of technical support/Engineer experience.
  • Experience supporting various IT Systems.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Time management and multitasking.
  • Proven support experience in software as a service (SaaS) and other cloud applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
