Location: Lagos
Job Description
The Proposed candidate will have:
- Basic knowledge of dependent End User compute technologies including Microsoft Office , Active Directory and networking
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to perform moderate troubleshooting and in-depth research, and develop solutions to basic problems
- Highly experienced working with:
- Word press websites
- HTML and CSS
- Experienced with:
- Responsive website design
- Adobe Photoshop
- Using FTP clients to manage website files
- Applying general design, layout design, and web design principles
- Familiarity with:
- PHP, jQuery, and Javascript is encouraged, but not required
- Coding HTML emails is a plus, but not required
- A good understanding of software development
- Excellent writing skills (for documenting the process)
- Excellent communications and consultancy skills
- Strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills to provide quality customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage time well in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks frequently.
- Thorough and broad knowledge of end point operating systems platforms including Windows, IOS and Android.
Key Responsibilities
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Perform Testing which includes stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, scalability testing and quality assurance
- Requirements organization which includes eliciting requirements from clients and translating to Backend Team as well as Translating and simplifying requirements
- Provide Application Support and Management to Clients
- Visit Client site as required
- Reviews and investigates all IT related problems to determine cause and most appropriate solution. Provides information and explanation to end users on problem resolution, and offers suggestions and advice to prevent similar issues if necessary.
- Purchase of IT Hardware
- Design and Maintenance of Client’s Websites
- Effectively manages team members, including technicians and advisors, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
- Assists with or performs administrative tasks
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects and Report bugs and errors to development teams
