We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Sales Engineer - FTTx

Location:
Lagos

Job Objective

  • To be part of the driving force of Swift's business performance in the FTTx Unit, accountable for sales,market share, brand awareness and new product development.
Key Output
  • Scoping, design and sales of FTTx solutions.
  • Manage relationships within and outside the business to position the company as a partner of choice.
  • Increase sales volume, conversant with changing trends, conduct market research and develop field sales action plans.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Implement sales plans and supervise/coach sales staff.
  • Develop and follow up on business leads.
  • Maintain contact with agents etc.
  • Develop and deliver new business opportunities among assigned FTTx segments.
  • Expand business with existing accounts.
  • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
  • Carry out other assigned responsibilities by the head of unit.
