Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Lagos

Description

  • Good existing relationships with suppliers

Responsibilities
Duties Include but not limited to:

  • Meeting with Suppliers
  • Setting up meetings
  • Signing contracts with suppliers
  • Determining an effective range of products for the business
  • Post these weekly market price surveys on QUIP as they are done
  • Maintain new items collection
  • Remove 2 week old items from the new items collection
  • Maintain both languages on the market place
  • Maintain company GP’s and margins per department and category
  • Control orders
  • Manage days stock on hand
  • Adding good selected new products that become available on the market
  • Removing slow moving and obsolete items form the range
  • Ensure that the Mano market place is always exciting and renewed every 3 months
  • Maintain competitive pricing
  • Manage weekly market price surveys

Requirements

  • Preferably Degreed
  • IT driven person
  • Systems knowledge FULLY computer literate
  • Systems ability
  • If no Degree, extensive experience of at least 5 -10 years
  • Experience in relevant country
  • Resident in country of employment
