Lifetime Caring International Foundation situated at No. 1 Peace Crescent, Woji, New Layout, (Behind Zenith Bank), Woji Port Harcourt, is a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to providing succour and humanitarian services to the down-trodden and vulnerable groups across West Africa. Though, the foundation started as ministry in 1995 by the founder Late Amb. Dr. Lucky Suanu Abadaam. The vision was conceived as a result of his experience and encounters with widows and orphans during his ministerial outreaches. The pathetic conditions and sufferings of the people placed the burden upon him that metamorphosed the ministry into an NGO.

Job Title: Strategic Information Officer

The Role

  • We are seeking to engage a Strategic Information Officer (SI) for the CDC funded ASPIRE Project.
  • The SI Officer in charge and shall coordinate and ensure that all monitoring and evaluation activities are appropriate at the state level and meets the ASPIRE Project needs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and ensure that all monitoring and evaluation  activities are appropriate at the state level and meets the ASPIRE Project needs
  • He/She shall contribute towards relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of  weekly, monthly and quarterly data collated and reported at the state level.
  • Support accountability through coordinating project evaluation activities and assisting team members in their efforts to collect and analyse project data
  • Shall ensure effectiveness and efficiency in design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of all Life Care International Foundation activities .
  • Shall work with the program team in areas of data analysis to inform program decision/activities.
  • He /She shall ensure timely, accuracy and quality of all program data achievement are entered on NOMIS  and transmitted to the funders.

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Biological Science, Social Science, Public Health, International Development, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in Monitoring Evaluation, NOMIS software for public health, especially USAID/CDC  development projects.
