Job Title: Store Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Planning and performing work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labelling, pricing, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and various types of equipment.
  • Keeps records of items to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels.
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
  • Reviewing of documents for quality control evaluations
  • Meeting and managing vendors, artisans and suppliers
  • Developing an effective stocking and inventory system that curb stock loss.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree
  • You possess a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in similar role
  • Familiar with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
  • Have an analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
  • Possess expertise in data entry, analysis, and management.
  • Expertise in the Construction industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
