Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • We seek a motivated and experienced Store Manager responsible for the overall management and coordination of our Store operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes to meet organizational goals.
  • Your role involves overseeing inventory management, optimizing workflow, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Description

  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Oversee receiving, storing, and issuing of goods to maintain proper inventory accuracy.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with inventory procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures as needed to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as customer service, to fulfil customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns related to warehouse operations promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs.
  • Optimize layout and storage techniques to maximize space utilization and facilitate efficient movement of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles, logistics processes, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a track record of success in optimizing warehouse operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
