We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Assistant

Location: Satellite, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Effective management of inventory
• Efficient and timely servicing of orders from units and departments
• Monitoring pick issuances and returns from stores
• Prompt return of rejected supplies and follow up on the monetary refund
• Proper safeguard and issuance of revenue printed stationeries
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on inventory activities
• Ensure that stock is controlled in a secure manner by application of sound stock management and security principles.
• Maintain a flexible relationship with the Mobile Maintenance Department by providing extra manpower (workload/time permitting) if required by them.
• Assist to facilitate efficient communication of priorities and information from planning groups and other work teams to their small work group.
• Maintaining real time stock availability
• Constant inventorying to avoid obsolete stack
• Initiating opportunities for credit purchases with less emphasis on cash procurement

Requirements

• SSCE; Additional certificate is an added advantage
• Familiarity with administrative duties
• Typing speed and accuracy
• 2 years of work experience in store and inventory role
• Requisite experience in MS Office and data programs
