Job Title: Lead, Programs and Operations - One Foundation

Job Summary

  • Responsible for leading and managing a comprehensive array of services and programs in line with the Foundation’s strategic objectives
  • Also, ensure that the Foundation’s services are in compliance with all federal and state regulations, certifications, and licensing requirements

Job Description

  • Ensure project outputs are delivered on time, within agreed-upon scope, and within budget; monitor and control scope, schedule, and cost to enable program outcomes and deliver high-quality work products that trace back to objectives and acceptance criteria
  • Identify, manage, and communicate project risks and issues; identify and implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor (and minimize) risk project wide
  • Conduct executive team briefings on progress, updates, status, and next steps
  • Maintain frequent communication and awareness of overall program status; coordinate agendas and lead weekly check-ins and monthly progress meetings on key topic/issues for discussion and collective brainstorming to move forward program
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews for all aspects of key projects; maintain and encourage open communication and collective problem solving on issues
  • Manage the relationship with relevant regulatory bodies and ensure timely filing of all returns and regulatory reports
  • Implement and lead a continuous quality improvement process throughout the program and service areas, focusing on systems/process improvement. Promote regular and ongoing opportunities for all staff and volunteers to give feedback on program operations.
  • Ensure that all program activities operate consistently and ethically within the mission and values of the Sterling One Foundation
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for program and administrative operations
  • Manage volunteer training program to ensure maximum benefit for both the Foundation and volunteers

Job Experience

  • 6 to 8 years of professional experience as Project Manager.
