Job Title: State Coordinator
Location: Nationwide

Responsibilities

  • The Sales coordinator is responsible for managing the company’s business in the state, developing strategies to increase sales revenue as well as coordinating and supervising all ambassadors and agents in the region
  • Conduct regular checks and propose ways forward in conformity with the management objectives.
  • Set goals and plans to promote and improve service delivery.
  • Identify short comings with the staff and advice on remedial actions.
  • Ensure staff adhered to the lay down service procedures.
  • Must have ability of a team leader.
  • Set-up and maintain transaction point (T-Point) in the area of assignment.
  • Supervise and report all issues relating to the activities of staff under his/her transaction-point (T-point)
  • Monitor the tasks of the service provider.
  • Create financial service centre across state of assignment.
  • Ensure positive customer service in all areas.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc from a reputable higher institution
  • Must be able to take initiatives and work independently
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills
  • Must be available to resume within a short notice period
  • 2 years of sales experience in the financial sector is desired
  • Previous experience in sale agent acquisition and management is a plus
