Should I include job description in my resume? Can I send Multiple applications to an Employer?

I once said I'll start posting some frequently asked questions by job seekers. I apologize to those of you who haven't gotten a response from me. It hasn't been easy attending to everyone. However, with time, I'll try as much as possible to reply your pings and mails.

Here's a conversation between me and someone on my BBM list. I thought it could be helpful and should be shared with you guys.

Me: You can state where you've worked and a brief description of your experience there

Job seeker Secondly, let's assume I apply for a job on net and have sent my details and I discover I made a mistake
Job seeker: Can I resend it again
Me:  It's best not to make a mistake at all
Me:  You really have to be careful while sending these things
Me:  Sending multiple applications, for employers might seem like a mark of unseriousness and carelessness on your part
Me:  However, if you must resend, try to apologise for ur mistakes.
