Job Title: Safety Officer (HSE)
Experience: 2-5 years experience in oil and marine services and certification required.
Qualification: HND, BSC.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTY
- Generating and promoting a positive health and safety culture to control occupational risk
- Provide a plan, implement, monitor and review protective and preventive measures that the company chooses to follow and work to minimise operational losses, occupational health problems, accidents and injuries.
- Preparing health and safety strategies and developing internal and external policies which includes off-shore and on-shore activities.
- Carrying out risk assessment and considering how risk can be reduced.
- Outlining safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards.
- Carrying out regular site inspections to check policies are properly implemented.
- Conducting in house training with employees about HSE issues and risks.
- Keeping records of inspection findings and producing reports that suggest improvement for both off-shore and on-shore works.
- Keeping records of incidents and accidents and producing statistics for managers.
Job Title: Operations Manager
Experience: 3-5 years experience in marine and engineering services.
Qualification: B.ENG, HND
ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES- Provide support to all business units including administrative, financial and human resource dept.
- Ensure that operational activities are executed within allotted budget and timeline.
- Conduct regular operational reviews and audits for preventive maintenances.
- Set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectation.
- Perform budget allocation and expense management for all businesses operational activities.
- Ensure resource assignment, work allocation, training development and performance assessment completed in timely manner
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss operational updates, ideas and issues.
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Job Title: Admin Officer
Experience: 2-5 years
Qualification: BSC, HND, OND preferable in bus. Admin.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- He or she will provide comprehensive administrative services, including budget and financial management services, including budget and financial management, purchasing procurement and contract administration.
- Develop and implement administrative management policies, working with management on planning organisational needs.
- Preparing plans, goals and objectives for management processes.
Job Title: Marketing Officer
Experience: 3-5 years
Qualification: BSC, HND in marketing or any related discipline.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES- He or she is responsible for the coordination of all marketing activities of the company.
- Ensure marketing activities are in compliance with the state and federal regulations.
- Develop various marketing concepts, objectives and programmes.
- Provide guidance and coordinates implementation to services.
- Aggressive marketing is key.
Job Title: Secretary
Experience: 2-5 years experience.
Qualification: OND
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY- Maintaining the archives of documents and paperwork regarding activities and events of the organisation.
- Facilitating effective communication between management and staff.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant federal and state obligations.
- He or She is responsible for ensuring that the organisation complies with standard financial, and maintain standards of corporate governance.
- Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Liaising with external regulator45s and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
Job Title: Accountant
Experience: 2-5 years experience required.
Qualification: BSC, OND, HND in Accounting, ICAN certified is an added advantage.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data.
- Prepare account reports.
- Prepares assets, liabilities and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options.
- Summarise current financial status by collecting information.
- Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports.
- Auditing accounts.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing accounts information.
