We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Service Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the institutions policies, procedures and standards are followed according to established guidelines and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage risk assessment of customer transactions
  • Prompt investigation and resolution of disputes and process failures
  • Managing the branch vault and daily transactions reconciliation
  • Guide and provide direct in line with the banks policies, standards and guidelines all operational aspects including distribution operations and customer service in branch
  • Leadership training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out best in the branch's staff members. 
  • Reconcile daily, weekly and monthly transactions
  • Ensure the branch operations staff adhere to the workflow process(es) that are designed by the Bank's Operations and Risk management Teams and approved by Executive Management.
  • Take necessary measures to provide the needed support for smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Proven branch management experience, as a Bank Manager or similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Result driven and customer focused
  • Proven ability to track, measure and optimize multi-disciplined operations team, significant management experience ideally in a customer-centric role
  • Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
  • Experience in payments or transaction operations
  • Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations
