Havana Prime is a company registered in Nigeria under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) that specializes in Real Estate Services, Real Estate Management, Property Development, and Sales, Land Acquisition and Sales, Real estate Transaction Brokerage/Advisory, Renovation and many more.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and market that align with our real Estate business and generate new leads through breaking barriers, networking, and cold calling. Etc.
  • Good in advertising through social media
  • Excellent with B2B marketing strategy
  • Obtain information and render useful reports
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase our product and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies effectively for extensive sales of company products.
  • Collaborate with other teams to create tailored Real Estate solutions for clients both in and outside Lagos.
  • Present proposals and quotations to clients, addressing their specific requirements.
  • Build and maintain positive work relationships with clients to create a rapport that facilitates patronage and generates revenue.
  • Monitor to identify changes in market trends and adjust accordingly to enhance sales process and revenue.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs set by the company Management.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret Real Estate business to clients.
  • Perform every other tasks as assigned by the company.

Competencies and Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field of study.
  • Proficiency in use software and other sales tools.
  • Must be a good negotiator.
  • Must possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with proven track records in Logistics, B2B marketing strategy
  • Must be able to identify prospects, identify prospects’ challenges and proffer solutions and build rapport and maintain client relationships and Retention.
