Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Mowe, Ogun

Role Description

• The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing general accounting operations and financial reporting, preparing budget forecasts, managing tax reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
• The Senior Accountant will also liaise with internal and external auditors, and provide timely and accurate financial information to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 - 7 years of experience in an accounting role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Experience with auditing and tax matters is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and procedures
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks), and ERPs (e.g. Oracle, SAP)
• Ability to analyze complex financial information, prepare reports, and present findings
