Bethel Theological Seminary is a theological school with 4 branches in Nigeria. We are seeking to hire qualified candidate as part of its on-going restructuring and initiatives to strengthen our passion to provide exceptional services in the company, to fill the position below:   Job Title: Secretary / Administrative Officer Location: Enugu Responsibilities

  • Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  • Prioritizing workloads.
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients.
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses.
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports.
  • Filing.
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
  • Managing databases.
Requirement Candidates must possess:
  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc from a recognized higher Institution.
