Solarforce Nigeria Limited is currently looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of:


Position: Secretary
Location: Abuja
Responsibilities:

  • Performs diversified duties including office administrative and executive-level secretarial support.
  • Reviews, prioritizes, maintains and redirects regular and electronic mail.
  • Maintains executive’s calendar; schedules meetings, and conference rooms, prepares and sequences agendas.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and itinerary preparation for extended or international travel.
  • Answers phones, takes messages, and/or redirects calls.
  • Greets visitors, responds to a wide range of inquiries of moderate complexity and sometimes sensitive in nature.
  • Attend meetings in order to record minutes.
  • Composes correspondence of moderate complexity without review, such as congratulatory letters, and/or instructions on policies and procedures, and responses regarding receipt of letters, etc.
  • Types letters, memos and/or reports, often of a confidential nature.
  • Any other duties as may be specified by the CEO.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • HND/B.Sc. in any field
  • Multi-tasking and needs little or no supervision
  • Strong sense of responsibility and might need to put in extra hours, depending on job demands.
  • Minimum of 2 yrs working experience
  • Great Interpersonal, communication and computer skills
  • High level of organization and coordination
