Zion Empowerment Arena for the Needy Initiative (ZEANI) - The major intervention of ZEANI-UNN Community Development Service Education (CDSE), is to reduce high cost of Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) for vulnerable youths and expand rural youth access to TVET via a well-structured Community Development Service Education (CDSE). The school in collaboration with local actors such as universities, state ministries of education, federal government ministries, and agencies reaches out to the vulnerable youths in our local communities by providing both scholarship and non - scholarship programs in the form of Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) to them in various areas of trades at ordinary craft and advanced craft level education for gainful employment.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:



Job Titles: Science Teachers and Craft Teacher
Locations: Benue, Enugu and Kwara
Employment Type: Contract

General Requirements

  • Candidates with Trade Qualifications such as National Skill Qualifications level 4 and above in relevant area, Master / Bachelor of engineering, technology / technology Education, National Certificate in Education (Technical), National and Advanced National Technical Certificate, City and guilds of London Technical Certificate such as Level 3 International Vocational Qualification (IVQ) Advanced diploma in relevant technical area.
  • Candidates applying as a craft teacher in Natural Medicine (alternative/traditional) without a formal education will be considered based on a high level of prior informal knowledge.
  • Such Candidates will be trained to pass a qualification exam backing her skills before he/she will be allowed to teach others.
  • The ability to deliver Hands-on skills in the form of apprenticeship to learners for sustainable job creation is our utmost priority.
