Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Location: Ojo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Good time management, strategic 6.planning, and organizational skills.
  • Minimum and maximum of 3 years experience.
  • Experience in sales is necessary.
  • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
