Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Investment Banker to join our team. As an Investment Banker, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and other corporate finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and other corporate finance transactions.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities and risks for clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including CEOs, CFOs, and other senior executives.
• Structure and execute financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and debt financings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, trading, and operations, to provide comprehensive advice to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to maintain expertise and provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in investment banking or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting, finance, and economics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex financial data and identify opportunities and risks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Certifications:

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or progress towards obtaining the designation.
• Other relevant certifications, such as the Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations.

Salary
N150,000 / month.
