Job Title: Sales Strategist

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • As a Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing sales strategies to meet business goals.
  • You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to identify target markets, drive customer acquisition, and expand the company’s presence in the cybersecurity space.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to execute effective sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and evaluate potential markets, customer segments, and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
  • Lead sales initiatives, including lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement, to increase market penetration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive intelligence to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to create sales campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to refine sales approaches and create targeted offers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales strategy development or sales management, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful sales strategies that achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
