We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Relationship Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Aggressively drive sales of the company’s ERP solution and other business solutions
Initiate sales and convert leads to client
Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Manage customers complaints and provide resolutions.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
Meet and / or exceed quotas.
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.

Qualification / Experience / Skills

HND / BSc
5 years core sales experience is required
Nice Grooming & Dress Sense
Must have a strong drive for sales and able to engage High Net Worth Individuals.
Not more than 30 years.
Excellent Verbal Communication
