Job Title: Sales Manager (Fixed Line)

Job Description
- Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing the sales team.
- He/ She will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with the marketing department on lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Developing the sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years Sales Experience in Telecommunication/ ISP Company
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sale team.
Job Title: Sales Officer (Fixed Line)
Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cold Calling in designated coverage cluster
- Generate Leads and Manage Funnel of Hot/Warm/Cold calls for Sales
- Create Sales Pitch and related communication materials
- Work with Regional Head-Sales on sales and marketing Plan
- Conduct Sales Meetings with Clients
- Maintain an update of communication with clients
- Sales Officer-Wireless requires many soft skills with an understanding of technical aspects.
- Developing sales pitches and materials using self-conducted market analysis
- Make use of sales management techniques
- Liaise with Customer care team to monitor client communications and life cycle management.
Requirements
- 2-4 Years Proven work experience as Sales Officer in an ISP company is a MUST
- B.Sc / HND in related field
- Good Communicatiion Skills and Interpersonal Skills
Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Amuwo Odofin - Lagos
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
- Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of
- quality, accuracy, and process consistency within the parameters of the company’s planning efforts
- Works to ensure all sales objectives are achieved in a timely fashion
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement
- Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization
- Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
- Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives and strategies.
- Builds peer support and strong internal company relationships with internal and external customers.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales management capacity
