Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • To manage every step of the selling process from prospecting to getting orders,eventual sales and final delivery of the product.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our tools and services according to customer needs to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • To ensure the appropriate level of product penetration is given; selling tools & consumables to existing customers and new customers
  • Timely stock replenishment not to miss out on opportunities
  • Constantly improve your knowledge of Hilti’s product portfolios to help communicate its qualities to customers.
  • This is a consultative selling role, you ae to build and maintain a long lasting relationship with construction professionals who want the best quality products from a brand they know and trust.
  • Take ownership of market share for all sales activities in the assigned territory, for the assigned product portfolio & defined price positioning and Identify opportunities within your territory
  • Build strong working relationship with all levels in channel partners, contractors, system integrator & end users
  • To do a demo on the work ability of the tools and offer support in the self-repairing of these tools
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Collaborate with sales officers to identify and grow opportunities within territory

Requirements

  • Preferred candidates will be young Graduates with a passion for selling and a desire to build a career in sales.
  • 0 - 3 years work experience.
