Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- The CCTV and Access Control Sales Manager will identify, develop and manage customers.
- The incumbent will proactively initiates solutions to customers’ immediate and emerging needs.
- Sales Manager will possess the tenacity, resourcefulness and creativity to set the industry standard for customer delight.
- Sales manager will be tasked with being the primary point of
contact for our integrated systems dealers, end users, and consultants
will be charged with driving growth through the channel and demand
creation of our integrated systems products.
- The Sales Manager’s activities result in sustained profitable growth and accelerated market share.
Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Develop, manage and accurately forecast a robust sales pipeline.
- Consistently identify new business opportunities at existing and potential customers to ensure sustained, profitable growth.
- Develop and execute sales plans that are aligned with the
organizations’ strategic direction and serve as the foundation of the
incumbents S.M.A.R.T. goals.
- Gather and communicate competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
- Continually enhance selling skills and product, technology, application, company and industry knowledge.
- Team up with distribution, global account managers, national
account managers, inside sales and customer service to create strategies
to accelerate sales growth and market share.
- Provide accurate, complete, consistent and timely reports as requested by sales leadership
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the
organizations’ core competencies and differentiated capabilities and
apply this knowledge to provide value-added solutions to customers.
- Facilitate co-destiny relationships with key decision makers at customers and prospects by leveraging all available resources.
- Team with the training department to develop and present industry leading training seminars.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 -6 years of proven CCTV and Access Control sales experience, equivalence and industry experience.
- Endless stamina and resilience to successfully transform prospects into customers.
- Ability to excel in a team environment.
- Experience in calling on all levels of an organization with and strong ability to call high.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent track record of exceeding customer expectations and sales objectives.
- Become proficient in Salesforce.com and use daily to manage and complete reports
- Minimum 4+ years of proven CCTV and Access Control sales experience.
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills.
- Self-confidence to communicate candidly.
- Organization, planning, follow-up and general time management
skills with experience managing a people, prioritizing opportunities and
working from a home office environment.
- Excellent selling, negotiating and closing skills.
