Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Type: Full Time
Reports To: CEO

Main Purpose of Position

  • We seek a business and High Net Worth Individual (HNI) Sales Manager to increase customer acquisition and improve investment sales across its asset management company and related cooperative (investment club). 
  • We’re looking for someone who can spearhead deposits and expand our customer network.
  • The ideal Sales Manager has hands-on experience with developing relationships and closing deals.

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Create, execute, and achieve sales targets that expand the company’s customer base and scale its local & global reach. 
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging expertise in business and HNI sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential high-value clients, leveraging networks to drive business growth.
  • Set and achieve deposit targets, driving the growth of assets under management (AUM).
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees
  • At least five years of experience in sales. 
  • Energy, drive, and aptitude for delivering results 
  • Experience in financial services is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in business and HNI sales within the asset management or banking industry.  
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding deposit targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities.
