Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Function / Responsibilities

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Write and pass at least one Microsoft certification Exam monthly.
  • Managing clients account.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Sourcing for hardware vendors.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Lead and participate in sales meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to sales team members to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Work with each of the sales team members to help them develop their Individual KPI based on the company goals and objectives and monitor to ensure the KPI is achieved within the agreed time frame.
  • Meeting/exceeding planned sales target.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Conduct performance reviews for sales team members during performance review period.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the sales team or with customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with Microsoft policies, procedures, and ethics
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Analyze sales data and create reports to inform sales strategies
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Person Specification

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND preferably in Business and Management or any other related field.
  • 5 years above in sales / marketing experience
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organize events for customers to pitch about a particular product
  • Leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Experienced about Microsoft solutions
  • Ability to make intelligent business decisions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to nurture relationship with clients (new and existing)

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
