Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Prospecting for new clients for sales of plots and subsequent follow - up.
- Follow - up clients for payment of monthly subscription (where installment applies).
- Taking clients for inspection to our various sites and designations.
- Source for prospective clients to solicit sales.
- Assist in monitoring advertising effectiveness
- Researches real estate market values
- Have prospect complete application forms and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures
- Immediately follow-up on prospects that did not close and attempt to close sale again
- Present offers to prospect for consideration
- Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with a successful Closing rate
- Report weekly Sales Forecasts
- Facilitate client requirements and documentation of subscription forms
- Develop new business opportunities to meet industry trends
- Review trade journals and attend staff and association meetings to keep informed of marketing conditions and legislation which would affect real estate industry
- Accompany prospects to sites, quotes price, and discuss conditions of sale terms.
- Presentation of the Company’s product to prospective clients such as corporate organization, co-operatives etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or any other related field. 3- 5 years of experience in real estate sales, insurance, banking or management is also necessary to apply to the position.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Proven work experience as a sales executive
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
